The aim with Queen Cleopatra is to land five matching symbols on one of ten win lines. The win lines run from left to right.
The Book is the Scatter symbol, which triggers ten Free Games if it appears three, four or five times in any reel position. The BOOK also acts as Wild symbol that substitutes for all other symbols of the slot.
