- Once again Copag is at SAGSE. How do you see the show this year?
Fabiano Veiga - We are always present at SAGSE
because it is a very important fair for Copag, so we come with great
expectations of establishing new contacts and conquering new clients. Both first
days of the show have been very positive.
What is Copag presenting at the show?
We have brought our traditional 100% plastic casino card and the carton models.
They are widely used in casinos around the world and our brand has achieved
international recognition with them.
How
would you describe Copag’s position in the Latin American market?
Copag is a leader in the Latin market in casino
decks, but we are always looking for new opportunities to increase our
participation and win new customers.
What is the balance of 2017, which is
almost over?
This is a very positive year for Copag regarding sales to casinos. We had new
clients and large contracts, as well as being very close to our traditional
clients. We hope that in the final two months success will continue as it has
so far.
And
for 2018, what is your expectation?
The goal for 2018 is to grow mainly in markets
where we still have a smaller stake, gaining new opportunities in potential
clients with whom we are negotiating.
And there is also the proximity of
regulation of the Brazilian market, which will be very important for Copag. How
do you see this in the future?
We are waiting for the news. I believe we will have great opportunities in
Brazil with the regulation of casinos. We are a world leader and, for sure,
being our country, we must enter into a new development cycle for Copag.
