Law 6833/2017 called for an urgent vote to be taken in plenary session of PL 7306/2017 on the value of tariffs for services given by lottery holders, as a bank correspondent, which was almost not voted for lack of a parliamentary quorum in plenary.
However, many deputies went to the microphone to declare support for the lottery cause and to request the presence of their colleagues so that the application could be voted on, emphasizing the importance of the work of the lottery companies that today function as banking agencies and for this reason they fight for a revision of the tariffs.
With that, the number of parliamentarians reached a minimum of 250 for the agenda to be analyzed and the request was voted and approved by the majority of those present. Now PL 7306/2017 should be part of this week's voting list and if approved will be sent to the Senate where it will continue its process until sanctioned by the president of the republic and become law.
PL 7306/2017, in the Chamber of Deputies, provides for the value of the tariffs of services provided by lottery holders in the function of correspondent banking, among other measures.
Lottery companies are asking for a review of the rates passed on to the class for the end of the economic crisis that entrepreneurs are passing through. About 500 lottery point of sale have already declared bankruptcy and were closed as a result of the crisis.
