Caixa held an internal workshop on the future of lottery market

The event brought together representatives from various areas of CAIXA for a workshop that addressed the outlook and scenario for the coming years in the Brazilian Lottery market. The meeting also had the participation of the Secretariat of Economic Monitoring - SEAE of the Ministry of Finance, represented by the secretary Mansueto Almeida.

The meeting held last November 23rd at the Royal Tulip Brasília Alvorada in Brasilia, aimed to bring together a multidisciplinary team to discuss the planning, positioning of CAIXA and the direction of the internal work for the development of the Lotteries in the upcoming years, seeking to achieve ever better and more sustainable results.

During the event, CAIXA employees who worked with lotteries built the guidelines for defining the strategic planning of CAIXA Lotteries for the coming years.

Also attending the event was the Secretary of Economic Monitoring of the Ministry of Finance, Mansueto Almeida, who presented some of the current macroeconomic scenario and revisited facts relevant to the Brazilian economy in recent years.

"Events of a strategic nature and integration of teams like this will be great competitive advantages for a company like Caixa Econômica Federal, given the future scenario that is approaching and which requires modernization and innovation of lottery operators," said the secretary.

The event was opened by CAIXA's Vice President of Government Funds and Lotteries, Deusdina Pereira, who was accompanying durng the whole day the works and debates among the participating employees.
