The new venue will boast a 26,600 square foot casino with 52 gaming tables and 200 slots as well as conference hall, meeting rooms, retail and various food and beverage outlets. The resort will also include a 400 room hotel.
Last July, Silver Heritage raised US$ 18.8 m through an initial public offering (IPO). It is planning to open two other casinos at the Indian border.
The company
already operates Millionaire’s Club in Kathmandu’s Shangri La Hotel &
Resort and the Phoenix International Club near Hanoi, Vietnam.
