The news comes after the company completed a €4.3 million private strategic investment round, broadening the company’s shareholder base with Norwegian fund Strawberry Capital and select private individuals.
A number of new non-executive board members participated in the capital increase, including Teufelberger alongside Anders Böös, former chairman of IFS, and Jan Gottlander, co-founder of Snow Software.
