Regarding sales on the internet, it was informed that this is an irreversible
decision already approved by the Bazilian government and that it will be
difficult an agreement that pleases all parties involved. Even so, SINCOESP
formed a group that will elaborate a new project on the distribution of
revenues generated on the internet to send government-owned Caixa as a suggestion
to consider.
The Febralot meeting with SEAE - Secretariat of Economic Monitoring, at the
Ministry of Finance, was also discussed. It was told to Sao Paulo’s lottery retailers
the intention of the secretary to release new games, the approval of a law on
sports betting and the promise of better supervision against illegal gambling.
The SINCOEP delegates also discussed the negotiations on rates readjustment,
the agenda of the next meetings with the Parliamentary Front for Support to
retailers and set new groups of delegates who will elaborate new plans for the
strengthening of the lottery network.
