Then, Luis Gama, President of CIBELAE and the Uruguayan National Direction of
Lotteries and Quinielas stressed the vision of contribution of the public and
private sectors in the seminar, with the presence of experienced and renowned international

The presentations began on "State Lottery Safety Procedures and Rules: How
to guarantee them in their processes?", by Luis Capua, professor of
security, with extensive experience in international companies and management
systems in Government projects. Capua talked about Information Security in
Standards 27001.
Silvio Vivas, General Manager of the Entre Rios Institute for Financial
Assistance to Social Action (IAFAS), detailed the implementation of security processes
for each area of the administration body. He highlighted the key values of
IAFAS: " With factors such as continuity, versatility is achieved in all
processes, given the dynamism of the demands."
Then it was the turn of "Information Technology Risk (IT) ” in charge of Dr.
Carlos Bachmaier Johanning, VP of Security and Risk Management WLA; PDGRyCN of
