The notice call PE 001/2017 establishes the selection of individuals or legal entities to market the lotteries under a system of permission. Proposals can be sent after the accreditation has been made, exclusively by electronic means, in the "Bidder Area", accessed at www.licitacoes.caixa.gov.br.
The studies
that guided the bidding were based on technical criteria, among which stand out
the existence of demand for lottery products and service needs, and the
distribution of financial products and services, as well as convenience and
opportunity.
Priority was given to not assited locations and those with demand for service
that exceeds the current installed capacity, without creating predatory
competition with existing lottery companies.
Other criteria considered are the availability of stores, the possibility of
new market niches and points where there is a large population concentration
that receives social benefits and has little access to banking services.
