Zitro’s business model awarded in Spain

Zitro has just received the 'Best Business Model' award from prestigious media “El Suplemento”. This renowned Spanish publication has valued the fast growth of Zitro in the competitive global market and its ability to adapt to the changing tastes and demands of consumers around the world.

El Suplemento is an important media company that produces and publishes specials for the main national media such as La Razón, El Mundo, Expansión, La Voz de Galicia. The award was presented at the "VI National Supper Gala Awards", held last Friday at the Hotel The Westin Palace in Madrid, where it was also awarded the work of 30 professionals, companies and institutions at national level, each one recognized as a benchmark of its sector.

The prize was received by Manuela Jimenez and Sebastian Salat, Vice President and CEO of Zitro respectively, who showed their satisfaction with this recognition. As Salat stated, "this award recognizes our successful business model in which innovation and differentiation are fundamental, to the point of investing 14% of our R&D+i turnover. But the decisive component of our success is the passion that all of us who work in Zitro put into our work, so that our products offer the player a unique experience with its own character.”

Manuela Jiménez stressed that "the gaming industry is hardly recognized by general media and this award gives us the opportunity to point out to a broad audience that the gaming industry is an important driver of technological evolution, as well as an important source of employment and a substantial source of income for the State coffers."

Antonio Queijeiro, director of the company El Suplemento, organizer of the awards, said that "it is a pride to have given this award to a great company. Zitro demonstrated that its Business Model can be a point of reference for other companies from the construction of a differentiating internal structure that allows it to cross borders.”

Pablo Suñer, manager of El Suplemento, added: "The commitment to new technologies applied to leisure time is, beyond a business challenge, an open door to jobs in the R&D+i ".
