Construction of new Aristocrat campus kicks off

The Howard Hughes Corporation will host a ground-breaking ceremony headlined by Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval on Friday, June 23, to mark the beginning of construction on a 180,000-square-foot campus in the Summerlin master-planned community for Aristocrat Technologies.

Aristocrat’s new Summerlin campus allows the company to consolidate several of its Las Vegas facilities in one location and will eventually house more than 600 employees upon completion in late 2018.

The relocation is in line with a growing corporate trend to locate workplaces closer to communities, boosting quality of life and providing employees with access to more nearby amenities. In Summerlin, this includes parks, golf courses, walking trails and Downtown Summerlin, located just minutes from the new Aristocrat campus.

The two-building campus is located on the corner of Hualapai Way and the 215 Beltway and includes two three-story, tilt-up concrete structures of approximately 90,000 square feet each. Project architect is Ed Vance & Associates Architects; interior architect is HOK; and the general contractor is Martin-Harris Construction.

Joining Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval will be Clark County Commissioner Susan Brager, District F; Kevin T. Orrock, President, Summerlin, The Howard Hughes Corporation; Matt Wilson, Managing Director, Americas, Aristocrat Technologies, Inc.
