World Poker Tour and Aconcagua Poker will utilize the services of Kings Series of Poker for this event. Kings Series of Poker worked with Aconcagua Poker on a similar buy-in event last year with a R$1.5 million guarantee, which attracted a field of 1,780 entries.

WPT Brasil presented by Brasil Poker Live is the World Poker Tour’s second event in South America scheduled for 2017. On May 10, WPT announced its first-ever televised event in the South American region as part of the WPTDeepStacks Uruguay festival.
Please note that WPT Brasil is not considered an official event as part of the WPT Main Tour. The winner will not be awarded an entry into the season-ending WPT Tournament of Champions, and players will not accrue WPT Player of the Year points.
