"With the regulation we expect an explosion of gaming in Brazil"

GMB- Can you give us a short presentation of the JSD? What is the company's trajectory in the gaming market?
Jorge Diment - JSD is a young company, however, its main shareholder has more than 30 years in the industry, and is dedicated to achieving platform solutions for egaming. We have a wide variety and quantity of games with agreements with all the major international operators.

What are the company's expectations for the opening of a future gaming market in Brazil? What would it represent for the JSD?
We have many expectations because Brazil is a very big market for Latin America and having clients here implies a huge growth of the operation in the region. On the other hand, for many years in Brazil gaming is not allowed and with regulation we expect an explosion of the activity in the country. There are many expectations and we want to start being known here.

What is the company's position regarding the regulation process of gaming in Brazil? Are there many doubts?
What we would like most is to have clarity of what will be approved and when. The country has to collect with taxes and formal work, however, the most important for us is how and when.

The area of action of JSD is online gaming. How do you expect legislation fo this activity?
We hope that this legislation will be open enough for all players who want to compete and understand that law enforcement can do that. There are many comments that say the legislation would be aimed at only one or a few very large companies. In that case, we could not participate. However, if they there are options also for small operators, we will have a chance.
