Codere Italia to buy 51% of SE.BI.LOT

Extending its expansion in Italian territory, Codere Italia confirmed the purchase of 51% of SE.BI.LOT, despite the difficulties that is going through the gaming machine sector in the country. Having signed the agreement between Codere Italia and SE.BI.LOT s.r.l., the multinational, leader in the gaming market and concessionaire of Monopolios de Estado, does not stop in its expansion in the Italian territory.

The agreement determines the purchase by Codere Italia of 51% of SE.BI.LOT. S.r.l., a company operating in the gaming machines sector. The firm was established in 2015 thanks to the synergy between the Semeraro family, operators with a long tradition based mainly in the Apulia region, and Fabio Biondo, an entrepreneur with an important vocation in the sector of service innovation for gaming companies.

Currently SE.BI.LOT. S.r.l. operates in a wide extension of the Italian territory, including the regions of Apulia, Basilicata, Molise, Lazio, Abruzzo, Campania, Marche and Emilia Romagna, with about 1,300 connected machines.
