RESPONSIBLE GAMING

CAIXA has established its Responsible Gambling Program and follows the best international practices on the subject, beeing members and following the guidelines of the World Lottery Association (WLA), which brings together State Lotteries in 76 countries on 5 continents.

WLA proposes management structures and disseminates best practices to guide organizations in different areas of knowledge (risk and safety management, marketing and corporate social responsibility) and also certifies and recognizes organizations that follow their structured guidelines for Responsible Gambling . The higher the level, the greater the degree of excellence of the organization.
