Ninth conference strieam confirmed

Sports Betting USA added to ICE VOX

Focusing on growing demand following the inaugural Sports Betting USA conference that took place last November 14-15 in New York and on the momentum built around the U.S. sports betting with the U.S. Supreme Court review of the New Jersey sports betting case, ICE VOX has added Sports Betting USA as the ninth conference stream on its agenda.

Interest from U.S. and international organizations keen to learn about the potential of the market and meet with partners as they plan their sports betting launch is expected to rise ahead of the exhibition, which takes place at ExCeL London, from 6-8 February 2018.

The Sports Betting USA conference stream is set to explore key areas surrounding the roll out of sports betting in the U.S., focusing on scenarios relating to the federal ban, a low-down on launching and operating sports betting, profitability models, potential opportunities and complexities for tribal casinos and more, while giving the ICE global audience a step-by-step guide to entering this lucrative market on the cusp of regulation.

Commenting on its addition to the ICE VOX stream, Sports Betting USA Event Organizer, Ewa Bakun, explained: "Drawing on the resounding success of the Sports Betting USA in New York in November and the Supreme Court hearings that make legalized sports betting even more viable now in the U.S., we've decided to add this conference to the ICE VOX offering to respond to the anticipated demand from U.S. organizations coming to learn and from global sports book providers in need to understand how to develop business in this promising emerging new market."

The nine tracks of ICE VOX 2018 comprise:

- Monday, 5 February: World Regulatory Briefing (day one); The International Casino Conference
- Tuesday, 6 February: World Regulatory Briefing (day two); Data Science & Personalisation; eSports
- Wednesday, 7 February: Blockchain; Cybercrime & Security; Modernizing Lotteries; Sports Betting USA.
