Blackburne has been on the Aristocrat board since 2009, and has served as Chairman since September 2010. He said in an official statement: “I am delighted to have an individual of Neil’s calibre succeed me as chairman.”

Chatfield has over 40 years’ experience in global business, with particular expertise in using innovation and technology to drive long-term and sustainable growth.
The gaming company announced a first-half profit jump of 2.8% in May, buoyed by a huge jump in digital revenue and continued growth in the Americas business.
