Partnership with airline

Operator Orinter joins forces with Amaszonas to bring Brazilian bettors to Paraguay

The recent opening of the Vivant casino is one of the factors why tourism operator Orinter and Amaszonas Paraguay airline, in an unprecedented partnership, will work together to take more travelers to the country and foment tourism. 'There are gaming options in more expensive and distant places in Brazil, but this one will be more accessible,' says Orinter's Marketing and New Business Manager, Jorge Souza.

Blackjack, slot machines, roulettes and lights. Too many lights. The inauguration of the Vivant casino is one of the factors that put together operator Orinter and Amaszonas Paraguay airline to take advantage of the new gaming venue bringing more travelers to the country and promote tourism.

"With the partnership with Amaszonas Paraguay and its new frequency, we want to attract more customers from Campinas and nearby cities to encourage the flow of travelers between the two countries. We will also have special packages for stays in the Yacht Golf and other special offers, which will be our sales focus. This is the first time we have invested this way in Paraguay as a destination," said Orinter's new Business Director, Jorge Souza.

Despite the progress of legalization of gambling and casino operations in Brazil, Souza has confidence in Paraguay's destiny and its advantages. "Asuncion and other regions are places that gather shopping, diverse activities and casinos. Even if gaming are legalized in Brazil, the destination does not lose force and remains an international travel option accessible by this combination of factors," said the executive.

The subsidiary group Amaszonas in Paraguay has increasingly invested in routes linking the main cities of South America to the capital of the country, and should debut another frequency from Asuncion to Santiago de Chile, directly, this week.

The aircraft fleet is exclusively made up of the Bombardier CRJ-200 models, which can carry up to 50 people. With the low capacity, the advantage is being able to make flights at alternate times with little waiting time between one and the other.

"Today, in Brazil we operate direct routes to Asuncion with Bombardier in Campo Grande, Curitiba and Porto Alegre. The new daily frequency from Campinas, which began in January, has already had good results, and is already our main frequency, due, in addition to the leisure public, to the corporate sector, very present in the region," said the sales manager of Amaszonas in Brazil, Nádia Kardouss.
