Deputies of Brazil’s Bahia take the lead to approve Gaming Law in the Chamber

After the rejection of the legalization of games of chance in the Senate Constitution and Justice Commission, the federal deputies Elmar Nascimento (DEM), Paulo Azi (DEM) and Bacelar (Podemos) took command of the articulations to approve the matter in the Chamber. Now, they are going to seek support from bench leaders for the project, according to the Bahia portal Correio24hs.

Deputies of Brazil’s Bahia take the lead to approve Gaming Law in the Chamber

The Special Commission on the Regulatory Framework for Gaming in the Chamber, chaired by Elmar Nascimento, has already concluded the proposal, but faces two barriers.

Nascimento will have to convince the president of the House, Rodrigo Maia (DEM), to guide it and overcome the siege of the evangelical counterpart.
