The excellent work and adequate treatment by Mincetur, the state body in charge of regulating the gaming sector through the General Gaming Direction of slot machine and casinos, has allowed to finish the studies to develop the norm that regulates the sector.
According to official sources, this law would be one of the most complete and advanced of the continent, with a text that would be enriched with laws already approved in other countries but adapted to the reality of the Peruvian market.
The approval of this new norm would make Peru the iconic country in terms of regulation since it would be achieving the formalization of absolutely all the activity and closing the circle that will allow it to develop a highly competitive industry, with a privileged and strengthened market that would offer the guarantee to establish new business and large investments in this territory.
