The special claim was filed by Casino de Juegos Pucón, a firm of the Sun Dreams group, against the Superintendency of Casino in Chile seeking to have the aforementioned decision overturned and asking to receive the exploitation of the gaming venue located in the city of Pucón, which the regulator awarded last June to Casino del Lago of the Enjoy Group.
Lawyer Robert Gillmore Landon, sponsor of the legal action on behalf of the Sun Dreams Group, said that there was a misdelivered background.
The ministers of the Fourth Chamber of the Court of Appeals of Santiago, Leopoldo Llanos, Jaime Balmaceda and Juan Antonio Poblete, declared the claim admissible and requested a report from the Chilean Superintendence of Casinos, Vivien Villagrán Acuña, granting him 10 days of term to count on Monday, September 3 to incorporate it to the cause.
