ICE VOX 2019 will have a roundtable about current situation of gaming in Brazil

In the cycle 'The Hive' of ICE VOX, Brazil will have its roundtable to answer the doubts of the international market. Alexandre Manoel (Secretary of the Ministry of Economy), Waldir Marques Jr. (General Coordinator of Prizes and Drawings - Ministry of Economy) and Luiz Felipe Maia (FYMSA Advogados) will participate in the talks on February 4 in London at the opening of ICE 2019. A great interest from sports bookmakers is expected to invest in Brazil thanks to the recent legalization of the activity.

This year, the roundtable dedicated to Brazil will become more relevant as many sports betting operators are expected to approach national authorities regarding the regulatory framework of the activity after legalization approved in December 2018.

There are already several companies that wish to invest in Brazil and for this they asked to know the plans of the country has to grant licenses, meet deadlines and requirements.

This will be the first major international meeting after legalization where the SEFEL secretary and the Prize and Sweepstakes coordinator will be able to feel the new market expectations and respond to their concerns.

In addition to the two members of the Ministry of Economy, the renowned lawyer Luiz Felipe Maya, from the FYMSA office, will also participate in the roundtable with all its legal knowledge that will help interested companies to understand the legal ways to invest in the new modality that will be regulated in the Brazil.

The team responsible for the world's largest gaming technology event, ICE London, brings ICE VOX, the educational and knowledge-exchange brand of the gaming industry. It is the only event that takes place at ICE, which offers the expertise of industry experts (and outsiders) that can be used to generate immediate value and results for your business.

In addition to Brazil, The Hive cycle will feature round tables on countries from five continents, highlighting the debates about IRs in Japan and sports betting in the United States. The other ICE VOX cycles are Consuel, Boardroom and Elevator.
