PMU Brazil completes 3 years of operation and celebrates with all its team

The stage was one of the stables of his great partner, the Brazilian Jockey Club. It was a moment of relaxation, unity and celebration of the results obtained during this period, and also of energy renewal to face the challenges and achievements that will come in 2019. As an official sponsor of the league of Rio de Janeiro, the PMU Brazil team also attended the opening ceremony , in the stadium of Maracanã.

PMU Brazil will continue to collaborate for Brazilian tourism to reach its full potential, generating economic and social development, with thousands of direct and indirect jobs. PMU Brazil, a family of horse racing fans that grows every day.

PMU Brazil is a subsidiary created in December 2015 by the French PMU in the context of the partnership agreement signed with JCB. The Brazilian subsidiary operates in the management of equestrian betting and its marketing through points of sale, online platform and telephone, in addition to the production and live transmission of images of the races. The goal is to triple the betting movement by 2020, in addition to re-invigilating bets and enhancing Brazilian races.

The company has established important partnerships with international racetracks such as Aqueduct, Belmont Park, Saratoga and Gulfstream Park, expanding access to USA races. Currently, the PMU performs the international simulcasting where Brazilian races are transmitted together with foreign parades, increasing the dynamism of the bets. In this way, the PMU seeks the development of horse racing in the country and better distribution of information on local and international events.

The points of sale are an important channel that contributes to the promotion of turf in Brazilian territory. With access to up-to-date information on parachutes and specialized service, turf fans get a place to interact and bet. In order to disseminate the culture of the sport, PMU engages in campaigns and dissemination events. During the last Brazilian GP, ​​for example, the company's Sports Bar featured special programming, including VIP race narration and autograph session with jockeys, as well as promotional campaigns to encourage betting.

As an official sponsor of the league of Rio de Janeiro , the PMU Brazil team attended the opening ceremony, which took place at the Maracanã stadium. The championship started on Saturday and runs through April 21. The sponsorship also extends to Maracanã, this until the end of 2019. Through these investments, the company will do activation actions at the stadium and promotions with tickets. The initiative is part of the strategy to bring football closer.
