Brazilian football team announces sponsorship with NetBet betting site

Fortaleza football club has announced that sports betting website NetBet will be a new sponsor for the 2019 season, which will have the logo printed on the Lion's shirt until December. The club becomes the pioneer in this type of partnership after the law that releases sports betting in Brazil was recently promulgated, on December 12, 2018.

Fortaleza will have no participation in the bets made by the site. The sponsorship will be like any other, having monthly financial transfers that result in an amount at the end of the contract.

The club has not revealed how much it will receive from the company, but according to the press from Ceará NetBet will pay more than Alubar, a joint sponsor of Fortaleza and Ceará, a regional rival.
 


On its official website, Tricolor informs that the betting company will distribute prizes to fans and bettors that accompany the Northeast Cup. This part will be the sole responsibility of NetBet.

In social networks, both the company and the club celebrated the new partnership.
