The new governor of the state of Rio de Janeiro, Wilson Witze, communicated his first measures through a decree and, among them, decided to modify the board of directors of Loterj.
Kelly Christian Silveira De Mattos was a candidate for State Representative in the 2018 elections in the state of Rio De Janeiro for the PSC party with the number 20019. The PSC did not participate in any coalition, contesting in isolation the elections in RJ. Kelly is 48 years old and formerly chairman of Loterj in 2004.
In addition to Mattos, Ivan Fogli Gerstner was appointed to the vice presidency, Vivian Rodrigues da Costa took legal advice, Flávia Fares Marinho Alves will be a Special Advisor, Alberto Faria e Silva advisor and Etienne Cristine de Albuquerque also an advisor.
SEDEGER
The decree of the governor of Witzel establishes the structure of public administration in the State executive. The new composition brings to Loterj the newly created Secretariat for Economic Development and Generation of Employment and Income (SEDEGER).
The one who will be at the head of SEDEGER is the attorney Lucas Tristão, who is a former student of the governor and his partner in a law firm in the Espírito Santo state, where Witzel became a magistrate.
