Clairvest will not be speaking at the event, but the other six are scheduled for half hour presentations from their company executives.
Hard Rock will be represented by their global Chairman and CEO Jim Allen.
At the opening ceremony, the mayors of Tomakomai city and Rusutsu village are expected to preside.
The first day will be devoted to business-to-business activities and the second day will be the public day.
A similar event was held in Osaka in last April, but this is the first significant IR event to be held in Japan’s northern island of Hokkaido.
It was originally scheduled to take place November 30 and December 1 of last year, but due to various circumstances it was delayed until this week.
