Regarding the recently announced LOTEX Concession, the executives from both leading international companies said:

Yesterday, in Sao Paulo, the Estrela Instantânea Consortium, through accredited participant Ativa Investimentos composed by leading firms IGT and Scientific Games, presented the only proposal with an initial installment of R$ 96.969.123,51 (U$S 23.5m), and will operate LOTEX nationwide, through physical retailers and electronic channels such as internet and smartphones, for the next 15 years. The service was operated by Caixa until 2014.
