On the 16th of November, the official date of the anniversary, there will be a presentation of the Filarmonica Joven de las Americas, made up of more than 40 artists, who will give the audience a concert orchestrated from the hotel's staircases. The fascinating show will also feature fireworks and a big casino party with shows, dinners at the hotel restaurants, a BMW draw and over US$ 170,000 in prize money that day.
Another point worth mentioning is the new St. Tropez restaurant, one of the most luxurious in Punta del Este, which is entirely renovated for the occasion and with a new and exclusive winery with over 200 labels from the best Old and New World wineries. On the menu, specialties of Mediterranean cuisine under the command of chef Magali O'Neill, holder of several awards in his career.
The traditional “Pasta & Basta” festival, with the most delicious handcrafted pasta made by chef Magali O'Neil, which will take place on November 22nd, will also be part of the party. To toast loyal customers and new ones to add to the history of the iconic resort, several shows and musical attractions are planned at the Blend Bar inside the Casino.
