Kambi is prepared to take advantage of opportunities offered by the Brazilian market

In an interview with the Spanish edition of the SBCNews website, Juan Barrachina, Kambi Sales Director, referred to the expansion of the brand in Latin America, where the company will seek to land in two of the most coveted markets by operators and suppliers: Buenos Aires (Argentina ) and Brazil. In addition, he highlighted the importance of the recent agreement with BetWarrior. 'This is a new and ambitious project, led by a team with a vision of the future and proven experience in the industry,' he said.

“We hope that the issue of regulation in Brazil will be resolved soon. Undoubtedly, this process will not happen overnight, it will be progressive, but we believe that the progress made in recent times is positive. Kambi is prepared to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the Brazilian market and will be launched when the regulation is defined,” Barrachina said.

On the opportunities that are opening up in Latin America with the regulation of online gaming, Berrachina points out: “Kambi has vast resources, power, experience and the ability to act quickly in the face of the different scenarios that arise. We were the first to launch sports betting in the US states of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In the same way, we are ready to be the first in key markets like Buenos Aires when the legislation allows it.”

On the other hand, within the framework of its growth strategy, Kambi recently signed a technological partnership with BetWarrior, a gaming and betting operator that was born this year at the initiative of Morten Tonnesen and José del Pino, two former PokerStars executives, and that has Latin America as one of its main focuses.

According to Barrachina, “the agreement with BetWarrior represented another step in our international expansion plan. This is a new and ambitious project, led by a team with a vision of the future and proven experience in the industry. BetWarrior is an operator with disruptive DNA and, as such, needed a partner who was able to provide all the tools necessary to create a differential experience.”
