The premiere of 2020 will take place in Brasilia, which hosted the second stage of last year. The party will take place from January 30 to February 4, at the Royal Tulip Hotel, and will feature US$ 700k guaranteed.
“Brasilia is, first of all, one of the strongest destinations BSOP has ever had, with very good fields,” explained Devanir Campos, BSOP Executive Director.
“Logistically, it's very easy for the whole of Brazil. It's the strongest hub after São Paulo, so all Brazilian capitals have direct flights to Brasilia, almost every airline, so it's easy for everyone to get there,” he added.
The summer stage also promises attractions for those who want to cool off, even away from the coast. “The hotel of choice has a very good structure for the whole family,” DC said. “It's on the edge of Lake Paranoá, so let's count on a range of water sports offered to everyone. Will have stand up paddle, boat rental, jet skiing and many other options, recreation structure. I think it will be a very good step to open the calendar.”
For the second stage of the year, BSOP returns to São Paulo, again at the WTC Sheraton, stage of the Millions. The event will take place from 19 to 24 March, promising again to bring the cream of Latin American poker to the capital of São Paulo.
“We have the Winter Millions date confirmed in July, and Millions will also be on the BSOP website in the coming weeks. There are still some other steps in the calendar that we should, if all goes well, release almost everything later this year.”
