BgC 2019 presents its first agenda of topics

Clarion published the first agenda of topics of the Brazilian Gaming Congress (BgC) 2019 that will take place next June 23-25 at the Tivoli Mofarrej Hotel in São Paulo. In this edition, focus will be on key issues that today cross the local market such as the regulation of sports betting, the progress of the Congress for the return of the casinos and the legalization of the gaming, and the concession of LOTEX, among others. Betgenius will be one of the main sponsors of the event.

Since its first edition in 2013, BgC has played a fundamental role in gathering key operators, investors and legislators to explore the potential of the Brazilian gaming market and how best to prepare once it becomes regulated.

At BgC 2019, expect unparalleled insights into the executive government’s progress since legalising fixed-odds sports betting in 2018, as well as discussions examining the Ministry of Tourism’s efforts to introduce Integrated Resort Casinos to the nation.

Uniting stakeholders from across the spectrum of Brazilian gaming, you’ll also have highly focused networking opportunities designed to help you find the right partnerships to push your business forward.

This year’s content agenda is more focused than ever, with expert speakers putting the industry’s most pertinent questions under the microscope; what opportunities will exist for sports sponsorships by gaming operators? What will the licensing conditions be for online sports betting? How will operators be taxed? What are the practicalities of running a business in Brazil? What is the potential opportunity for land-based casino operators?

In the renewed site of BgC (www.brasiliangamingcongress.com), those interested can already complete the pre-registration process to attend the event as well as obtain information about possibilities of sponsoring the most important Brazilian congress on gaming of the year.
