The Auction Granting Committee No. 3/2018-PPI / PND, based on Bid No. 3 / 2018PPI / PND, at the request of the Secretariat for Evaluation of Public Policies, Planning, Energy and Lottery – SECAP- and in view of the Notice of the On April 8, 2019, announces that, on April 10, 2019, Caixa Econômica Federal (CAIXA) completed the information on the parameters of use of its lottery unit network in the sale of the Exclusive Instant Lottery (LOTEX) , through a commercial agreement with the future operator of LOTEX, in the following terms:
"1 (...) we inform the services that would be included in the rate established by CAIXA:
i. Inclusion of the Exclusive Instant Lottery (LOTEX), among the authorized products to be marketed in booth/counter of lottery units, excluding the specific remuneration of the lottery entrepreneur;
ii. Communication with the lottery network on administrative matters of LOTEX, when requested by the concessionaire, except for CAIXA prior consent on the content of the information;
iii. Collection of LOTEX invoices, subject to the existence of a balance in the lottery unit account;
iv. Space for the presentation of information of the instant lottery inside the lottery units, obeying the visual and environmental standards of CAIXA and previous consent on the content of the information;
v. Operation of prizes payment in the lottery network of amounts up to the limit of exemption from Income Tax; and
vi. Operation of prizes payment in CAIXA’s agencies of amounts above the limit of exemption from Income Tax.
2. CAIXA will make the necessary efforts to integrate its systems with those of the concessionaire to allow the sale, validation of lots and tickets and payment of prizes, under operational and commercial conditions to be defined later.
3. Finally, we emphasize that it is CAIXA's exclusive prerogative to establish or not any definitive commercial agreement, which is still subject to approval by the competent bodies, following the procedures established in the company's governance."
