Intralot Brasil to improve Keno Minas, more than US$ 3.5m in prizes delivered in 2019

In response to requests from bettors and retailers, some features of Keno Mines will be changed as of this month. The game will become even more attractive, and bettors will have more chances to win. Keno Mines has been marketed by Intralot Brasil since 2010 and has already distributed more than R$ 14 million (US$ 3.5m) in prizes only in the first three months of 2019.

Launched in 2010, Keno Minas was the first game to be marketed by Intralot with Loteria Mineira throughout the state of Minas Gerais. Since then, more than R$ 434 million (US$ 110m) in prizes have already been distributed. In 2017, with the inclusion of the option to bet with the “Ball of Gold”, the bettors had the possibility to win bigger prizes. In 2019 the changes that will be applied are: 

- New betting wheel: with larger numbers and words, the new steering wheel was created thinking of how to improve the visibility of the information for the bettor, in addition to being more colorful and attractive.

- New drawing animation: more attractive, the new animation will facilitate the tracking of the drawn numbers.

- New frequency of draws: The draws, which are every 5 minutes, will occur every 4 minutes. With this change will be added more than 50 drawings per day.

- Minimum price to bet: now it is R$ 2 (US$ 0.50).

- Prize: it increases, since it is proportional to the value bet.

In addition to paying many prizes, the Intralot games help to increase the social investment of the Lottery of the State of Minas Gerais. With an annual collection of more than R$ 100 million (US$ 25.5m), a significant part of this amount is passed on to the Lottery.
