Enjoy - a firm related to the international fund Advent and the Martínez family - completed the millionaire purchase of two gaming venues that will be added to its offer: one in San Antonio (central zone of the country), including a chain of hotels, and another in Los Ángeles (southern Chile).
In detail, Enjoy acquired the companies "Casino Gran Los Angeles SA", "Casinos de Juegos del Pacifico SA" and "San Antonio Hoteles II SpA" for close to US$ 11 million, according to a document from the Financial Market Commission, informed local newspaper El Mercurio.
It is a sale that was approved by the National Economic Prosecutor and also by the Superintendence of Gambling Casinos, according to the media.
Along with the realization of the business, Enjoy also informed that Eliseo García, interim general manager, will leave his position this April 15 to fulfill other functions in the corporate management of operations.
In his replacement will come the ex-CFO of Cencosud, Rodrigo Larraín, who will serve as general manager.
