Currently, the so-called “alvinegro” team is sponsored by “Vigia de Preço” (Price Watch), a startup of the businessman and youtuber Felipe Neto, and Fit, a fuel distributor.
The sponsorship agreement will last for a year, and the announcement of the partnership's official approval is expected in the coming weeks. The expectation is that the company's brand be displayed in the “alvinegro” uniform at the beginning of the Brazilian Championship.
Negotiations between Botafogo and its new partner are in the final stages, with just some paperwork missing so that the sponsorship can be formalized.
The team returns to the field next Thursday, at 19.15, against Juventude, for the third phase of the Brazil Cup. In the first leg, it was a 1-1 draw.
