Approval is expected to attract R$ 6.7 billion (US$ 1.65bn) annually in taxes, international investment and secondary services.
The event promoted by Almeida Advogados will have expert Pedro Trengrouse as special guest, responsible for the proposal approved at the Congress on sports betting.
Lawyer and professor at FGV, Trengrouse is also vice-president of the Special Committee on Sports, Lottery and Entertainment Law at the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association.
