The Front is coordinated by Deputy Bacelar (Podemos-BA) and has the support of 198 deputies and five senators. The Bill 442/91 on legalization of gaming, which is ready to be analyzed, allows a casino by Brazilian state that has up to 15 million inhabitants.
In states with 15 to 25 million inhabitants, two casinos would be allowed to operate. In states with more than 25 million inhabitants, which would be the case only of São Paulo, three casinos would be allowed.
