The course, by Itsik Akiva and Jason 'Wolf' Rosenberg, addresses the key challenges surrounding the creation of an online gaming business and the knowledge necessary to execute an operation profitably.
The first meeting will be held on August 20 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Bogota, providing a general description of how to profitably manage an online gaming business in a competitive market. It includes the complex analysis of financial, operational and legal risks that this implies.
The second event will take place on August 22 and 23 at the Celebra Zonamerica building in Montevideo. The two-day version of the course extends the knowledge necessary to have and maintain the long-term success of an online gaming operation.
According to the established program, it will be possible to learn how to reduce operating costs, acquisition and retention of players and minimize risk and maximize revenue and profitability.
