Infinitybet is a new sports betting platform that offers games in different modalities, from football to fights, motorsports and American sports. The company joins other similars that are coming to the Brazilian market to support the local football sector.
The clubs chosen by Infinity, Sport Recife and Santa Cruz, are rivals and historical clubs of Brazilian football leagues. Sport Recife has several achievements at regional and national levels. Among the most important national championships are the 2007 Brazilian Cup and the Brazilian Championship of 1987, a very controversial title to date because it involves a dispute with Flamengo, since in that case there were two national tournaments and the clubs dispute the title of national champion until now.
Santa Cruz is the owner of one of the largest and most famous stadiums in Brazil, Gigante do Arruda. At regional level the club has 2 titles becoming the best team of the Northeast; and at a state level it has 45 titles including Pernambuco Championship, Pernambuco Cup and Local Tournament of Pernambuco. Nationally, Santa Cruz has a Serie C title and several participations in Serie A of the Brazilian Championship in which its best places were two fourth places in 1960 and 1975.
Sport and Santa Cruz are now part of the growing group of Brazilian football clubs sponsored by sports betting companies. In addition to the clubs, operators have also displayed their brands on the static advertising boards of competitions throughout the country and also took their place in the Copa América, continental competition of selections that is currently taking place in Brazil until mid-July.
