GMB - Spieldev has once again participated as an exhibitor at BgC. What was the main objective of the company when having a booth at the congress and what information did you get during the days of the event?
Ramiro Atucha - The law of sports betting is a great boost for all of us who are working and approaching the gaming sector in Brazil. We attended last year, now again, and our idea was to get our products known and also meet other players in this industry. The conference was very interesting in this sense to understand the regulation, the product, how other companies are approaching, etc.
Based on the content you see and the networking during BgC, what is your expectation for the regulation of sports betting and other gaming modalities in Brazil?
Depending on who you ask for, there are people who say very different things. Some say that by the end of the year it will be all ready and other people believe it will take more time. But it would be important to get the regulation soon and make it clear to everyone with what taxation we will operate in the future, that the state itself acts with the operators to define a format and that everyone understands how the system works and how we can operate our business.

What are Spieldev's plans for the sports betting market in Brazil after the regulation?
We believe that all companies that are now coming to Latin America; Argentina, Colombia and Peru, will need content oriented to the region. In the case of Brazil, for the moment will be just sports betting, but we believe that tomorrow will open the market for casino and other types of games, and the idea is to be prepared.
And what other types of gaming solutions are preparing to operate in Brazil when the country legalizes more than sports betting?
We have sports betting platforms that we present at the congress. But also, we have an important specialization in mobile slots. So, we want to start with the sports betting to begin to understand and getting ready to operate mobile slots when they are allowed here.
