The award also included Colombia as “Best Destination” in South America, Costa Rica as “Main Destination of Mexico and Central America”. In addition, Machu Picchu (Peru) won in the category “South America's Leading Tourist Attraction” and Quito (Ecuador) took the title “Destination of South America's Leading City”.
“It was an honor to bring WTA to Bolivia for the first time in our 26 years of history. The city proved to be an excellent host on a spectacular evening where we had the privilege of recognizing many of the top hotels, airlines and hospitality providers from all over Latin America,” said Graham Cooke, founder of WTA.

Located in Punta del Este, Uruguay, Enjoy Punta del Este Resort & Casino has been inspired by Las Vegas casinos. The structure has 294 apartments with sea view and 41 suites with enlarged balcony.
