Legal representatives, presidents and managers of companies affiliated to the Colombian Federation of Games of Chance Entrepreneurs (Fecoljuegos) who attend Gaming Colombia event may participate in the training course 'Fundamentals of Online Gaming' to be held at the Grand Hyatt Bogota Hotel. It has the support of Optima, a Spanish B2B company that provides and develops betting and gaming platform.

Totally Gaming arrives in Bogotá, Colombia, thanks to the agreement signed between Clarion and Fecoljuegos in the framework of last ICE London.

One of the major event organizers of the gaming industry in the world and Fecoljuegos have advanced in the development of different activities that benefit the companies affiliated to the union and the different actors of the sector in the country.

On this occasion, with the support of Optima, a Spanish B2B company that provides and develops betting and gaming platforms on the market, it will be held next Tuesday, August 20 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel from 9:00 a.m. at 5:00 p.m. the certified training "Fundamentals of Online Gaming" aimed at senior executives of the gaming industry in Colombia affiliated to Fecoljuegos.

The course

During a day of theoretical and practical learning, attendees will develop skills and knowledge about the operation of an efficient online gaming business and the strategies to be used when dealing with the different challenges. The course will allow to:

- Understand the online gaming ecosystem and have an overview of the different business models.

- Optimize the management of the different aspects of an online gaming operation.

- Understand the different types of promotions, their function and their implementation to increase their effectiveness.

- Understand the different channels, tactics and activities to acquire, retain and generate loyalty in your customer base, as well as create an effective and balanced marketing strategy.
