“The Ministry of Economy has launched a public consultation on the draft decree that will regulate fixed-odd sports betting in Brazil. This draft will be on the website of the Ministry of Economy www.economia.gov.br until September 27 this year.”
"In these draft we also understood the need to change the criminalization of conduct as well as the financial parameters of the law that legalized fixed-odds sports betting at the end of last year."
“For this, we will need the National Congress to have a modern and innovative law in line with international best practices.”
“Therefore we count on the National Congress and the whole society to regulate this activity the best possible way. Let's go together in this regulation.”
