The most important executives of Bet Entertainment Technologies Limited (bet.pt), one of the pioneering companies of online sports betting in Portugal, were received by the Under Secretary of Awards and Draws, Waldir Marques, in the Ministry of Economy. The European firm expressed its interest on entering the Brazilian market after regulation. Since the legalization of betting, more companies are asking for a hearing to make themselves available to the Government.

Representing Bet.pt participated in the meeting in Brasilia Gabino Oliveira (Co-founder and CEO) and Alberto Alfieri (Chief Operating Officer). It was a courtesy meeting to introduce the company to the local authorities and express their interest on the Brazilian market after regulation.

The company asked about the process ahead and the official draft published on the website of the Ministry of Economy. SECAP invites them to participate in the public consultation with their suggestions.

Bet.pt is one of the pioneers of the Portuguese online sport betting market created in 2016. As one of the first operators awarded a gaming license, the website became a market reference with a strong presence in the football environment.

The goal of the brand is to offer its users a unique sports betting experience through an online gaming platform that privileges the fun and excitement of those who like to bet. With a wide variety of sports offerings, Bet.pt is a reference in the Portuguese market, always ensuring safety and transparency in all products and services.

The company also has ready the launch of Vivagol, a betting site made especially for the Brazilian market by local talents that were hired for that brand and that is working together along with a team made up of Portuguese people and from abroad to raise something unique. The company is convinced that Vivagol will appeal to everyone, but works to meet the needs of a young, dynamic, passionate, information-hungry audience.
