With LOTEX and sports betting as central axes, Brazil will have its seminar at ICE London

ICE London, the most important gaming industry trade show in Europe organized by Clarion, included Brazil in a special seminar on February 5th. The deputy Bacelar will talk about public consultations carried out by the Ministry of Economy and the concession of LOTEX, while businessmen Alberto Alfieri (bet.pt), Thomas Carvalhães (LeoVegas) and André Gelfi (Suaposta), Alessandro Valente (Super Affiliates) will compose a panel dedicated to how operators work in Brazil.

From 2:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, February 5, deputy Bacelar will give a lecture on “Public consultation results, regulation-in-progress and the sale of LOTEX: Understanding a year of big change in the Brazilian market.” He will answer questions to the interested parties such as what have been the results of the public consultations carried out by the Ministry of Economy in 2019, the imminent plans for the regulation of online and offline sports betting, and how it can change the Lottery scenario in Brazil with the recent LOTEX tender won by the consortium formed by Scientific Games and IGT.

Then (3:15 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.), the panel “Brazil Operators' Panel: Understanding Your Fanbase and Providing Them Value” will be attended by experts such as Alberto Alfieri (Chief Operating Officer, Bet Entertainment Technologies), Thomas Carvalhães (LV Group Country Manager - Brazil and LatAm, LeoVegas Group), André Gelfi (Founder & CEO, Suaposta) and Alessandro Valente, (CEO, SuperAffiliates). They will describe the Brazilian bettor's profile, challenges for operators, payment processes, affiliate marketing and practical effects of future regulation, among other issues.
