IGT’s Roberto Quattrini will speak about LOTEX at a seminar at ICE 2020

ICE London organizers Clarion confirmed the participation of Roberto Quattrini, IGT Country Manager Brazil and Representative of the Estrela Instantânea Consortium (made up of IGT and Scientific Games), to speak about LOTEX in the seminar on Brazil market. He will speak next February 5th between 2:15 pm to 3:00 pm at Platinum Suites.

It is worth remembering that on October 22, the Estrela Instantânea Consortium, made up of the international companies International Game Technology (IGT) and Scientific Games International (SGI), worldwide leaders of the instant lottery market, was declared winner of the auction (there was only one presentation), having offered the minimum price stipulated by the Ministry of Economy and the National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES).

The consortium will pay an initial payment of R$ 96.9 million (US$ 23.45m) and seven annual installments of R$ 103 million (US$ 25m), corrected by the National Consumer Price Index (INPC). The concession period is 15 years.

Quattrini's lecture will be between 2:15 pm to 3:00 pm. He will speak about the process that is being developed by IGT and Scientific Games for the elaboration of the new LOTEX after the victory of the consortium formed by the two companies in the auction held in October.

From 3:15 pm to 4 pm, the debate “Panel of Brazilian Operators: Understanding their Fan Base and Providing Value to Them” will be attended by specialists such as Alberto Alfieri (Director of Operations, Bet Entertainment Technologies), Thomas Carvalhães (LV Group Country Manager - Braszl and LatAm, LeoVegas Group), André Gelfi (Founder & CEO, Suaposta) and Alessandro Valente, (CEO, SuperAfiliados).

They will describe the profile of the Brazilian gambler, challenges for operators, paid processes, affiliate marketing and practical effects of the future regulation, among other topics.

In addition to this event, Brazil will also be the subject of debates at a round table with the participation of Luiz Felipe Maia, partner at FYMSA Advogados, Bruno Omori, president of ABIH/SP, JD Duarte, CEO of Betcris and Neil Montgomery (Lawyer).
