Intralot Brasil promotes campaign to fight breast cancer

During the month of October, Intralot Brasil, operator of Loteria Mineira, is carrying out an awareness campaign to fight breast cancer for its team. The ‘Outubro Rosa’ (Pink October) at the company started with a lecture on Monday (5), for employees who are working at firm’s office. 'The aim was to promote the campaign and sow its ideology to raise awareness about breast cancer prevention month,' comments Leonardo Schimidt, from the company's marketing area.

The October Rosa Intralot Brasil lecture showed, not only to women, but also to men, the importance of health care, methods of early diagnosis of breast cancer, ways in which the disease can evolve and what the SUS (Health Unic System) offers women free of charge.

With 80 employees, Intralot Brasil shows, with this attitude, the concern for its team of collaborators, encouraging them to a better understanding of the problem. “The month of October has arrived and with it one of the most beautiful campaigns!!! We came to talk a little about breast cancer prevention with all our employees who were able to participate!”, said the company in the statement that opened the lecture.

New actions during this month are scheduled to alert employees to the importance of prevention and the precautions to be taken. For the October Rosa Intralot Brasil campaign, it is planned to distribute booklets to all employees with tips on the care to be taken and ways to do the self-examination. This month, among other actions that will surprise everyone, there will be a lecture with the topic “Female Empowerment”.
