Bolsonaro: "American Indians explore casino in Las Vegas; this could be done here"

Brazil’s President Jair Bolsonaro dedicated on Tuesday night (10) moments of his live broadcast on social networks to do electoral propaganda for the candidates he supports. The guest for the live was Colonel Menezes (Patriota), who is running for the mayor of Manaus state. The President asked for votes for Menezes and other candidates from all over Brazil and reaffirmed that the ally is in the fight for the second round.

In addition to time for candidates for councilor and mayor, Bolsonaro and Menezes discussed the candidate's proposals for the capital and common interests in the president's government plan. The former Suframa superintendent was attentive to the president's words and offered total submission to Bolsonaro's advices.

Still on live, the president even declared that he wants Brazil to have a common scene in the United States: that of North American Indians who are owners of casinos in Las Vegas.

“The North American Indian runs casinos in Las Vegas. Here, it is not allowed, but it could be done. There is a project that was born there at the Ministry of Mines and Energy, which allows the Indians to decide. If he wants to do everything a farmer does, he will do it. If he decides to mine, he will go and mine,” commented the president unusually.

Bolsonaro took advantage of the broadcast to talk about the pandemic and criticized the closure measures of establishments to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus. “We couldn't have done it the way it was. We have the virus and unemployment and, I got hit a lot. We contributed with the assistance of R$600 for five months and helped many people, and today they realize that I was not wrong,” he declared.
