The Betsson Group was selected for this year's awards in 11 categories and finally took four awards, among them the “Affiliate Program of the Year” (Betsson Group Affiliates), “Best Customer Service Operator” (for the 6th consecutive year), “Horse Racing Operator of the Year” (RaceBets International Gaming Ltd.) and “The Best Mobile Device Operator.”
During the event, which took place online and had a live broadcast, Ronni Hartvig, Commercial Director of the Betsson Group, gave a short speech for each category thanking the hard work, dedication and passion of all the company's employees.
André Gelfi, Managing Director of Betsson in Brazil, also commented on the awards. “We are extremely proud to win four important awards for the EGR Global Operator Awards 2020. Taking it for the sixth consecutive year in the Customer Service category shows our philosophy of valuing a prepared and engaged team.”
“It is very gratifying to see that all the effort and dedication has resulted in recognition. Even more important is to know that we are on the right path, always striving for excellence in serving our public,” added Gelfi.
The EGR Global Operator Awards 2020, took place on November 11 and 12, and, due to the current scenario, the organization adapted this year's event with an award ceremony completely online.
