Renowned on the pitch, Casemiro becomes CEO of eSports team

Casemiro, a Real Madrid and Brazilian national team midfielder, officially presented to the press, last Thursday (29), in Madrid, Case Esports, his eSports team. A fan of online games since he was a teenager, the star has always followed CS: GO (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive) championships, approached world-class players and now aims to establish himself, with his team, in a world which is constantly growing, just like he already did as a football player.

“The team was born from a hobby that I have and I really like, but that wanted to take it to a professional side, and as in my career, I want them to be the best. I know that creating a new team and winning titles will take time and will require a lot of work, but I hope that players and fans will enjoy this project a lot,” explained Casemiro, CEO of Case Esports.

Competitive and professional to the extreme, Casemiro had been studying for some time creating his own eSports team and with the know-how obtained in the world of games, he put into practice his desire with the intention of providing the best possible structure to enhance the performance of his players . Thus, the objectives of Case Esports aim to grow quickly in the scenario of CS: GO in Spain, to seek places in important international tournaments, to attract sponsors with the same ideology as the company, and thus consolidate itself among the main organizations branch in the world.

For this, the athlete spared no effort in assembling a very qualified and experienced team, which will have the following players: land1n (captain), dzt (support), yepz (rifler), delboNi (lurker), and n1ssim (entry-fragger ).

The infrastructure set up by Casemiro at Case Esports will feature the ‘Game House’ and ‘Game Office’, both in Madrid. The 'Game House' will have a differentiated and quality structure, with individual rooms, equipped with high-performance peripherals from HyperX (personal sponsor of Casemiro), an area with support services for greater comfort and performance of the athletes, kitchen, and employees in the areas of physiotherapy, administrative and mobility.

The ‘Game Office’ will be the training area, also equipped with the best peripherals and computers, to provide the team with the high performance expected from athletes. In addition, there is a meeting room on the premises and the entire office has a gamer theme, thus creating an environment conducive to training and many possibilities for creating content for Case Esports social media.

The team, which has already participated in a ‘bootcamp’ in Serbia for two weeks, recently will officially debut on December 3, at the European championship ‘Dreamhack’. And even before the official debut, Case Esports already has the support of renowned eSports players, such as Marcelo “coldzera” David and Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo, who made a point of wishing success to the new Casemiro team.

“I want to wish good luck to the boys at Case Esports. I met you here in Serbia during the 'bootcamp' and although the walk is not easy, I know your quality,” said ‘coldzera’. ‘FalleN’ in turn, highlighted the friendship built with Casemiro through electronic games and the importance of a new team arriving to raise the level of the eSports scene in the world. “Casemiro, we are together. Good luck to your team and I will follow your work.”

"I want players to be very comfortable inside and outside competitions, and for that I wanted to give them the best facilities and comfort necessary to be happy while they are playing," projected Casemiro, who began his successful career in São Paulo Futebol Clube, then signed with FC Porto, from Portugal, and defends Real Madrid CF, from Spain, for eight seasons, in addition to being a constant name of the Brazilian National Team, including having played the last World Cup, in 2018, in Russia, and the Copa America 2019.
